rick stein cookery course
At the end of August I had the experience of a lifetime… my first Rick Stein Cookery Course.
I took part in one of his school’s fish and shellfish day courses and it was just amazing. I learnt how to fillet a whole John Dory, open oysters, make a tempura batter, prepare a whole squid and many, many other things.
And best of all… I got to eat it all, together with some delicious wine!
