the pig and pastry pulled pork

Pulled Pork is a three day process (a bit like photography really.) I captured Steve preparing the spices for the dry rub, massaging it into the pork joint, 10 hours of slow roasting (I wasn’t there for that bit) then making the homemade BBQ sauce and putting it all together.

I had never had Pulled Pork before and my god it was amazing. It has taken me three days to edit and process these images, and with each visit to them I could smell the mustardy, vinegary just divine sauce…
