anne’s 60th birthday present

I photographed Liz and Pete’s lovely wedding donkeys of years ago in Yorkshire, and I’ve watched their family grow (first Bea and then Nuala arrived recently.)  So I was chuffed to bits to be commissioned to go down to Shropshire to capture them with Liz’s brothers, their partners, children, and most importantly their parents, for Mum’s birthday.

What a wonderful idea for a birthday present to have your family documented, enjoying themselves on holiday with you, at a gorgeous farmhouse in the country.

I hope you enjoy the images, I think it was a lovely present and it was fantastic to see how the next generation are coming along. However, I forgot how bonkers some members of the family are… and how it is organised chaos trying to gather everyone together for a big Johnson family photograph!
