skosh

Skosh (noun) – from the Japanese word Sukoshi, meaning a small amount or a little.

York will soon be treated to another superb independent restaurant, Skosh. Offering a grazing menu of contemporary and internationally inspired dishes, it is sure to be loved by Yorkshire’s foodies.

Head Chef Neil Bentinck has worked in numerous acclaimed restaurants in London and the North of England, however much of his inspiration comes from his father’s Indian heritage and his travels to Australia, Thailand, America and Japan.

Having sampled Neil’s stunning dishes at our shoot, I can’t wait for Skosh to open on Micklegate in May. Luckily none of us has to wait that long, as we have the opportunity to sample his stunning food at a series of four pop-ups in March!niel bentinck skosh 2105-12niel bentinck skosh 2105-122niel bentinck skosh 2105-49niel bentinck skosh 2105-72niel bentinck skosh 2105-278niel bentinck skosh 2105-127niel bentinck skosh 2105-155niel bentinck skosh 2105-172niel bentinck skosh 2105-240niel bentinck skosh 2105-224niel bentinck skosh 2105-293niel bentinck skosh 2105-29niel bentinck skosh 2105-63niel bentinck skosh 2105-184niel bentinck skosh 2105-151niel bentinck skosh 2105-197niel bentinck skosh 2105-99niel bentinck skosh 2105-100niel bentinck skosh 2105-109niel bentinck skosh 2105-215niel bentinck skosh 2105-6niel bentinck skosh 2105-274niel bentinck skosh 2105-79niel bentinck skosh 2105-154niel bentinck skosh 2105-165niel bentinck skosh 2105-74niel bentinck skosh 2105-123niel bentinck skosh 2105-134niel bentinck skosh 2105-156niel bentinck skosh 2105-187niel bentinck skosh 2105-45niel bentinck skosh 2105-192niel bentinck skosh 2105-234niel bentinck skosh 2105-258niel bentinck skosh 2105-265niel bentinck skosh 2105-14niel bentinck skosh 2105-275niel bentinck skosh 2105-287niel bentinck skosh 2105-227
