Earlier this year I captured this amazing instrument being demonstrated to some children from a local school in Easingwold.

Bill Cleghorn is a retired businessman and amateur engineer, and he invented this Wooden One-octave Organ For Young Technologists as a novel and challenging learning experience, combining music, science and technology. Together with Jeremy Sampson, a professional violinist and teacher, they share the WOOFYT with school children throughout the country.

The children were enthralled by the WOOFYT, and working together as a team, they thoroughly enjoyed learning about music and science.

You can find out more about the WOOFYT and bringing this educational experience to your school, on their superb Bow House Design website.
