This week I was in London attending a Taittinger Champagne Reception for The Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year Awards. It was a star-studded event hosted by Jay Rayner, and I was really chuffed to meet one of my foodie heroes, Michel Roux Junior.<\/p>\n

There were 6,500 photographs entered into this prestigious competition, and I was very proud to have two of my images shortlisted.<\/p>\n

My image of ‘Baking Bread in The Pig and Pastry Caf\u00e9’ came third out of 400 images, in the category of The People’s Choice.<\/p>\n

Thank you very much to all who took the time to vote, it means the world that you supported my work.<\/p>\n

This award winning image will be featured in the fantastic Pig and Pastry Cookbook (news on this coming soon.)<\/p>\n
