amendments completed over the past few days.)<\/p>\n<p>Next will be the addition of cafe and customer images, arrangement of the page order, pagination, a final check from our editor and it will be off to the printers (ready to go on sale on the 27th of September.)<\/p>\n<p>Steve Holding, Alexandra Vintila, Justine Brooks and I are incredibly proud of this fantastic cookbook, and we hope that
